Petroleum Vision, a division of EMKAN Holdings, is expanding in Rabigh! We’ve been awarded multiple Saudi Aramco pipeline projects and are actively seeking an Aramco-Approved HSE Manager to lead and execute high-level safety initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HSE programs for a zero-incident worksite
- Enforce Aramco and international HSE compliance
- Train & mentor site teams on safety best practices
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits
- Collaborate across departments to ensure HSE integration
- Drive innovation in sustainability and safety performance
🎓 Qualifications Required:
- Aramco Approval as HSE Manager (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years experience in oil & gas/pipeline safety
- Strong knowledge of Aramco HSE codes & standards
- Experience in PMT, shutdowns, and cross-country pipelines
