🔎 Job Description:
Flowserve, a global leader in flow control systems, is seeking a Quality, HSE Engineer to support quality assurance, safety, and environmental programs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks while driving continuous improvement initiatives across production, customer, and supplier interfaces.
✅ Responsibilities:
● Support and implement QA and HSE procedures across departments
● Coordinate production checks, inspections, and audits
● Manage relations with customers and third-party inspectors
● Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions to address quality gaps
● Maintain quality documentation and QAP records
● Monitor HSE compliance (OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO standards, etc.)
● Lead employee safety training and emergency preparedness programs
● Handle regulatory reporting, audits, and environmental permits
● Promote safety culture and conduct internal safety/environmental audits
🎯 Requirements:
● Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical) or 5 years related experience
● Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and CIP methodologies
● Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, API Q1 & 6D, IEC 80079-34
● Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
● Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
● Proficient in MS Office Suite
● Passed visual tests (Jaegar 1, color and shade perception)
