Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a QC Coating Supervisor with ARAMCO approval to oversee daily progress and productivity on-site. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality, coordinating with clients and contractors, and managing HSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
● Fully responsible for the daily progress and productivity of the coating work
● Obtain releases from planning/QC and allocate manpower and materials
● Coordinate with clients and contractors to clear any work obstructions
● Follow up with clients to obtain actual work releases
● Allocate jobs to Foreman, providing clear instructions and drawings
● Arrange materials for released lines and ensure timely delivery to site locations
● Coordinate with QC Inspectors for inspections and ensure each line is completed fully
● Conduct daily meetings with Foreman and Chargehand to analyze site conditions
● Attend internal meetings with the Site Manager, Superintendent, and Planning Engineer
● Motivate the workforce and ensure adherence to HSE guidelines
Requirements:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading contracting companies (KSA/Middle East/Others)
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
● Valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship
● Must be able to join immediately (preferably in Eastern Province)
● Familiar with ARAMCO standards and procedures
