Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Project Manager for projects involving Piping, Coating, E&I, and Hydro in Al Khobar, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position requires high-level decision-making, leadership, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage key projects to ensure they meet agreed-upon specifications, budget, and timelines
● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth production, inspection, and logistics schedules
● Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time
● Address client requests and project execution issues, initiating corrective actions as needed
● Manage scope variations to maximize project profitability
● Oversee payment schedules to ensure timely collection and minimize overdue payments
● Develop a strong safety culture by ensuring staff comply with HSE policies and procedures
● Participate in QHSE audits and incident reporting, and review performance
● Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental controls
Requirements:
● PMP Certification
● 10+ years of relevant project management experience
● Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
● In-depth knowledge of contract law, project management, and logistical interactions
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
● Hands-on experience in project management and team leadership
● Experience with QHSE audits and performance reviews
● Knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and quality procedures
● Teamwork, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking
