About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSEQ Audit Programs Manager to lead and drive compliance in food safety, quality, and Halal assurance across a dynamic international network. This position plays a critical role in developing and executing robust audit programs, managing risk exposure, and ensuring alignment with global food safety and Halal standards.
This is a key leadership opportunity for professionals passionate about compliance, operational excellence, and global travel within the airline catering and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and implement comprehensive audit and compliance programs across all local and international sites
✅ Conduct supplier and internal audits to assess alignment with food safety, quality, and Halal standards
✅ Lead investigations into non-conformance, food safety issues, and Halal-related incidents
✅ Monitor risks and enhance mitigation controls across operational areas
✅ Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines during airline and partner audits
✅ Provide detailed reports and continuous feedback to the Head of Safety & Quality
✅ Manage all logistics for audit scheduling, communication, and international travel
✅ Perform stock/inventory audits including food items and non-Halal material zones
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
📜 Lead Auditor Certification in Food Safety & Quality (mandatory)
📌 Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and Halal auditing within RTE (ready-to-eat) facilities or regulatory bodies
📌 Minimum 2 years’ experience in airline catering (essential)
🌐 Deep knowledge of Halal compliance, ISO 22000, HACCP, and international food safety standards
✈️ Willingness to travel frequently (internationally and on short notice)
🗣️ Strong analytical, communication, and technical reporting skills
