🔎 Job Description:
Lindenberg Emirates LLC is seeking a qualified HSE Officer with 7–10 years of experience, including 3–4 years in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct site inspections, and promote a culture of safety across construction sites in Saudi Arabia.
✅ Responsibilities:
● Enforce HSE policies and procedures on project sites
● Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions
● Deliver toolbox talks and HSE briefings to workers
● Monitor use of PPE and safety compliance across teams
● Record and report incidents, near-misses, and safety violations
● Support HSE Manager in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace
● Prepare safety reports and participate in basic investigations
● Train site personnel on safety best practices and emergency protocols
🎯 Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (with MOHESR equivalency)
● 7–10 years of HSE experience, including 3–4 years in infrastructure projects
● NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification (preferred)
🧠 Skills:
● Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PPE, and site safety practices
● Good report writing and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
● Ability to remain vigilant and influence worker safety behavior
● Skilled in conducting safety trainings and inspections
