🔎 About the Role
WSP is seeking a passionate and experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental strategies for a high-profile Property & Building Supervision Project in Riyadh. You’ll work at the core of a transformative initiative, ensuring top-tier HSE performance and compliance across all site activities.
✅ Key Responsibilities
● Manage project HSE systems in line with WSP’s HSEQ Management System
● Lead a team of HSE Inspectors to ensure onsite compliance
● Approve contractor HSE plans, method statements, and risk assessments
● Deliver staff training, including HSE inductions and best practices
● Conduct daily site visits and weekly joint inspections with contractors
● Organize and lead regular HSE coordination meetings with all stakeholders
● Oversee incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken
● Facilitate emergency drills and test response readiness
● Ensure full regulatory and client-side HSE compliance
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
● Minimum of 8–10 years in HSE management, ideally in construction or consultancy
● NEBOSH (or equivalent certification) is highly preferred
● Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills
● Up-to-date knowledge of Middle East HSE laws and practices
● Fluency in English required; Arabic a plus
