Join one of the leading general contractors in the Middle East as an HSE Manager overseeing a portfolio of hyperscale data centre construction projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative contractor with bold global ambitions and a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
As the HSE Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role, ensuring that safety standards are consistently upheld, compliance is maintained, and a culture of proactive health and safety is driven across multiple high-profile sites.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HSE functions across multiple hyperscale data centre construction sites
- Implement and enforce company and client-specific HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE standards
- Collaborate with project directors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure HSE alignment
- Support training, onboarding, and safety inductions for all site personnel
📌 Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE Management
- Proven expertise in hyperscale data centre construction projects
- Track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the GCC
- Excellent leadership, auditing, and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and travel across Middle East project sites
- Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 45001, etc.) preferred
