🔎 Job Description:
Worley is hiring an experienced HSE Field Supervisor for an EPCM portfolio in Turaif. The selected candidate will lead HSE initiatives on-site, ensure compliance with HSE plans, and support safe execution of project operations in a brownfield environment. This role is pivotal for ensuring all contractor activities meet the highest safety standards in oil and gas construction.
✅ Responsibilities:
● Lead HSE initiatives and support contractor safety compliance on-site
● Enforce EPCM HSE Plan across projects and ensure daily implementation
● Participate in job hazard assessments, work permit reviews, and site inspections
● Report non-compliances, near misses, and promote proactive safety culture
● Supervise toolbox talks, safety bulletins, and site-based HSE communications
● Conduct training verifications and support workforce HSE competency
● Monitor brownfield construction safety in mechanical and commissioning stages
● Stay current with safety regulations and recommend plan updates
🎯 Requirements:
● NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
● Solid experience in the Oil & Gas industry, especially brownfield plant projects
● Familiarity with PTW systems for construction, commissioning, and start-up
● Preferred: Experience in Qatar-based or similar Gulf region projects
● Strong English communication and leadership skills
● Excellent MS Office proficiency and report writing ability
● Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
