🔎 Job Description:
A well-established engineering firm is hiring an experienced HSE Engineer to join its project team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in implementing safety systems, conducting technical inspections, and developing training materials in alignment with Saudi regulatory standards.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
● Develop HSE and environmental plans in line with Saudi regulations (e.g., GSO, Petrochemical standards)
● Design temporary safety systems and adopt smart technologies (e.g., drones, AI video monitoring)
● Conduct daily site inspections and follow up on HSE violations and corrective actions
● Support Saudization efforts through documentation and compliance with Ministry of Labor inspections
● Prepare bilingual training materials and conduct onboarding and specialized safety training
● Collaborate with procurement to ensure GSO-compliant PPE and safety gear
● Maintain HSE KPIs and submit regular safety performance reports
● Investigate incidents and develop actionable prevention plans
🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or related Engineering fields
● 3+ years of HSE experience in technical engineering projects (Saudi experience preferred)
● Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 10-Hour, or Aramco CSSP
● Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel (advanced), and local permit-to-work systems
