Qiddiya Investment Company is hiring a dynamic and experienced HSE Director – Delivery to lead health, safety, and environmental strategies throughout the delivery phase of one of the world’s most ambitious mega projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring safety excellence, environmental compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multi-billion-dollar project operations.
✅ Responsibilities:
● Lead strategic development and implementation of HSE frameworks across delivery teams
● Ensure project compliance with local/international HSE laws and standards
● Integrate HSE protocols into planning and delivery phases with PMs and stakeholders
● Conduct incident investigations and oversee corrective actions
● Develop and execute HSE training for employees and contractors
● Monitor KPIs and conduct HSE audits for ongoing improvement
● Engage with government and regulatory bodies for compliance assurance
● Drive innovation and continual improvement in HSE performance
● Stay updated with industry trends and legislative developments
🎯 Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
● 12–15 years’ experience in senior HSE roles within large-scale construction/infrastructure projects
● Deep knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and strategy development
● Proven leadership influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
● Strong analytical, training, and communication skills
● NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications preferred
