🔎 Job Description:
Wood, a global leader in energy infrastructure and consulting, is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support large-scale gas processing and energy transition projects. This position plays a key role in driving a culture of safety and compliance through audits, training, and strong leadership across project sites.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HSE advice aligned with company and client policies
- Lead, support, and develop HSE practices across project teams
- Contribute to HSE assurance planning and deliver high-risk audits
- Prepare safety plans, risk assessments, and environmental reports
- Deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and prepare thorough reports
- Support behaviour-based safety initiatives and drive culture change
- Liaise with clients’ HSE teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Conduct site inspections, internal audits, and compliance monitoring
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas or Energy projects
- Strong change management and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and deliver results
- Experience facilitating training, workshops, and safety programs
- Fluent English; strong written and presentation skills
