A respected construction company in Riyadh, in partnership with Imploy – a global recruitment partner – is hiring an experienced EHS Manager to lead and enhance environmental, health, and safety initiatives across all project sites. This role is pivotal in driving compliance, sustainability, and a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
● Design and execute robust EHS strategies, policies, and systems
● Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits
● Lead training programs and toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors
● Investigate incidents and ensure implementation of corrective actions
● Maintain detailed safety documentation and compliance records
● Ensure timely communication with local authorities and submit required reports
● Promote accountability and performance improvement across departments
🎯 Requirements:
● 7+ years of experience in an EHS leadership role (construction/engineering preferred)
● Strong knowledge of Saudi EHS laws and global standards
● NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications (mandatory)
● Excellent leadership and communication skills
● Skilled in incident investigation and EHS reporting
● Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
● Fluency in English required; Arabic a plus
