🔎 Job Description:
We are seeking a certified and experienced EHS Site Manager to take charge of Health, Safety, and Environmental operations across two major project sites in Ma’aden and AlUla. The ideal candidate must have a strong leadership background, a proven track record in managing site-level HSE teams, and all the required safety certifications.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and enforce HSE compliance across both sites
● Lead on-site safety teams and supervise daily safety operations
● Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
● Ensure adherence to local and international HSE standards
● Deliver training sessions and promote a strong safety culture
● Maintain accurate safety records and compliance reports
● Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies
🎯 Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
● Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial HSE roles
● Mandatory certifications:
▪ NEBOSH IGC
▪ IOSH (Managing Safely or equivalent)
▪ OSHA (30-hour training)
▪ OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
▪ MIIRSM (Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management)
● Strong leadership and team management capabilities
● Knowledge of Saudi/GCC and international HSE laws
● Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
● Willingness to work in remote and high-pressure environments
