Worley, a global leader in energy, chemicals, and resources, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in leading the development and execution of HSE systems to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies, procedures, and programs
● Conduct regular HSE risk assessments, audits, and inspections across operations
● Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international HSE standards
● Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and lead the implementation of corrective/preventive actions
● Drive HSE training programs and awareness campaigns
● Liaise with regulatory authorities and oversee reporting requirements
🎯 Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field
● Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in oil & gas or energy sectors
● Strong working knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and ISO standards
● Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (preferred)
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
