🔎 Job Description:
A reputable construction company in Riyadh, through its recruitment partner Imploy, is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs across all operations. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, compliance knowledge, and passion for building a safety-first culture.
✅ Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement EHS strategies and procedures in line with legal and corporate standards
● Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits
● Lead EHS training, awareness, and toolbox talks for teams and subcontractors
● Investigate incidents and ensure proper root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
● Maintain EHS documentation and regulatory reporting
● Liaise with local authorities to secure permits and ensure compliance
● Promote a culture of sustainability, accountability, and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements:
● Minimum 7 years in a leadership EHS role (construction or engineering preferred)
● Strong knowledge of Saudi EHS regulations and international standards
● NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent safety certification (mandatory)
● Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
● Experience managing audits, investigations, and safety documentation
● Excellent leadership, communication, and team training skills
● Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
