KBR-AMCDE, a top-tier engineering and project management firm, is hiring a Construction Safety Supervisor for offshore operations. βœ… Responsibilities:
● Enforce Saudi Aramco HSE standards onboard vessels
● Oversee implementation of Life-Saving Rules and SMS compliance
● Conduct job safety analysis and risk assessments
● Coordinate HSE officers and deliver HSE training
● Lead incident investigations and prepare corrective action plans
● Perform hazard analysis, compliance inspections, and report writing
● Evaluate safety systems and suggest improvements
● Liaise with stakeholders and vessel teams to maintain a proactive safety culture

🎯 Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Occupational or Process Safety Engineering
● NEBOSH IGC (Level 3), IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
● Advanced OHS Qualification (Level 6 NVQ, OTHM, QUALIFI, etc.)
● NEBOSH Process Safety Management
● Professional membership in IOSH, IIRSM, CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent
● Minimum 10 years total experience (5+ in a managerial safety role)
● Strong background in Oil & Gas (Offshore/Onshore) and Marine safety
