🔎 Job Description:
A well-established organization is hiring a Safety Supervisor for its operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will support the National HSE Manager by implementing and maintaining HSE policies, conducting audits and training, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
● Support operations and DC teams with safety and environmental matters
● Conduct site audits, inspections, and HSE training for staff
● Lead incident investigations and provide lessons learned reports
● Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
● Maintain safety documentation and support HSE initiatives across stores and distribution centers
● Provide real-time safety guidance and promote a culture of continuous improvement
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
● 0–2 years of relevant HSE experience
● Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred
● Strong interest and passion for safety and compliance
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
● Willingness to travel and adapt to changing environments
● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Advanced English (required), Arabic (preferred)
