A leading construction company in Riyadh is hiring an experienced Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact safety and environmental programs across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience in promoting a proactive safety culture.

βœ… Key Responsibilities:
● Design and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and strategies
● Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments regularly
● Deliver safety and environmental training, including toolbox talks
● Lead incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis
● Ensure regulatory compliance and manage EHS documentation and reporting
● Liaise with local authorities for permits, inspections, and submissions
● Drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability performance

🎯 Candidate Requirements:
● 7+ years of EHS leadership experience (construction/engineering preferred)
● Strong knowledge of Saudi EHS regulations and international standards
● Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (mandatory)
● Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, OHS, Engineering, or related field
● Proven record in incident management and safety compliance
● Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
● Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
