Job Summary:
Are you a Saudi female HSE professional passionate about workplace safety and regulatory compliance? Al Yamama Company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to support our health, safety, and environmental initiatives at our Dammam site. This is a vital opportunity to play a hands-on role in promoting a culture of safety across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification
✔️ Support HSE training sessions, inductions, and awareness programs
✔️ Assist with safety documentation, reporting, and records management
✔️ Participate in incident investigations, safety drills, and audits
✔️ Promote compliance with local and international safety standards
✔️ Engage with teams to maintain a proactive safety culture on site
Candidate Requirements:
🎓 Degree or Diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related field
🇸🇦 Saudi National – Female (mandatory)
📋 Familiar with Saudi/GCC HSE laws, OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO 45001 standards
🧾 Experience in audits, investigations, and safety reporting
💻 Proficient in MS Office and HSE documentation systems
🗣 Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
🤝 Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
